Let’s ponder for a second the possibility that maybe this year Santa doesn’t want you to set out milk and cookies for his annual trip down your chimney. Perhaps the big guy will go into sugar shock somewhere over the Pacific Ocean and he’d simply relish a small break from sprinkles and chocolate chips? If you think this might even be a remote possibility then might I suggest a well-timed bowl of piping hot Snowman Macaroni and Cheese should be left fireside instead? While all of that gooey Gruyère certainly wont lessen Santa’s waistline one bit it will definitely perk him up for the long toy delivery journey ahead.

That’s a really cute idea…might give this to co-workers with a nice bottle of olive oil or marinara…
I can attest that having fun pasta shapes makes my kids MUCH more willing to eat when mixed with veggies and a protein packed broth. (not that I’m SO OVER making mac and cheese every day or anything!!)
I’ve never done snowmen, though. Those may just make me the hero of the week!
I saw this at the grocery store this weekend and the package is bigger than it looks online–it’s a good value. I picked up the Christmas tree version to give as a hostess gift. It’s really cute!
I’m linking back to this on facebook, but I LOVE this product suggestion!!!
I ordered a bunch of pastas to go with home-made marinara sauce for the various teachers in our life. Dance teachers are getting the dance dance dance pasta with home made spa-jeté sauce….
my co-teacher for the class I teach, Rhena’s four preschool teachers, her music teacher, the preschool director AND the child-watch lady when I’m teaching are getting either the snowmen, gingerbread, or Christmas tree pasta with some of my Merry-nara sauce! (to make it ‘merry’, I add just a dash of cinnamon to the sauce. super-yummy!)
thanks again for a great (and affordable!) gift idea!
