Maggie - Oh! Marmalade. Also a fabulous idea. You're a Christmas kitchen machine this year. Where do you ever find the time?

Lindsey - You need to ask Santa for one of her books ASAP ;) They seriously something you can curl up on the couch with and just revel in. The way she writes about food is just so elegant. Why can't I posh and British?! *sigh*

I love her as well. I wasn't sure the first time I saw one of her shows, but she's just so casual about everything, and I love her descriptors of ingredients and how she uses them. I don't own any of her cookbooks, but I do lust after them.

I adore Nigella too. I've been hugging her domestic goodness book for the last 24 hours, making marmalades like mad. I must also have this book. It's just necessary. :)

I'm using her curd recipe too - making clementine curd this weekend!
