I wasn't sure the first time I saw one of her shows, but she's just so casual about everything, and I love her descriptors of ingredients and how she uses them. I don't own any of her cookbooks, but I do lust after them. I love her as well. I've been hugging her domestic goodness book for the last 24 hours, making marmalades like mad. I must also have this book. It's just necessary. :) I'm using her curd recipe too - making clementine curd this weekend! I adore Nigella too.
